Frank BLEACKLEY, has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since November 2001. He is also an independent non-executive director of Kantone. He was formerly Managing Director of Chubb China Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of the Chubb Security Group, a manufacturer and distributor of security and safety products and systems headquartered in the United Kingdom. He has more than 30 years of experience in the management and business development of joint venture companies in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
