LAI Yat Kwong, is the Group's executive director and Chief Financial Officer, with responsibility for its financial and accounting policy and control. He is also Chief Executive Officer (Acting), Chief Financial Officer and an executive director of Kantone, as well as a non-executive director of Digital HK. He joined the Group in March 1994 as Vice President of Internal Audit and Control. In July 1997, he took on responsibility as the Chief Financial Officer of Kantone. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has over 34 years of experience in accounting, auditing and company secretarial matters. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Practising).
