Terry John MILLER, has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since 1992. Previously, he held the position of Deputy Chief Executive at Hong Kong Telecommunications Limited, and was the Regional Director, Asia/Pacific, of Cable & Wireless PLC. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is the former president of the Hong Kong Institute of the International Association of Financial Executives.
