Francis Gilbert KNIGHT ，自二零零零年二月起出任本集團獨立非執行董事，亦為審核委員會主席。彼於二零零零年三月獲委任為 數碼香港 之獨立非執行董事。彼乃 Asian Security and Investigation Services Limited 之主席兼董事總經理，擁有逾二十年版保障、保安及商業調查經驗，並擔任多個主要團體之保安顧問。彼為The International Association of Police Chiefs 會員、香港知識產權會個人會員、以及 The British Institute of Directors 及 The British Institute of Management 資深會員。彼亦為 The American Society for Industrial Security (Hong Kong Branch) 之前任主席。
