Francis Gilbert KNIGHT ，自二零零零年二月起出任本集团独立非执行董事，亦为审核委员会主席。彼於二零零零年叁月获委任为 数码香港 之独立非执行董事。彼乃 Asian Security and Investigation Services Limited 之主席兼董事总经理，拥有逾二十年版保障、保安及商业调查经验，并担任多个主要团体之保安顾问。彼为The International Association of Police Chiefs 会员、香港知识产权会个人会员、以及 The British Institute of Directors 及 The British Institute of Management 资深会员。彼亦为 The American Society for Industrial Security (Hong Kong Branch) 之前任主席。
